Contact lenses are used as a corrective measure for eyesight related problems. So to maintain the position some toric contact lenses are made heavier at the bottom. So to provide crisp vision the lenses need to remain constant as compared to ordinary contact lens that keep rotating. Fitting toric contact lenses take much time and need an expert eye practitioner, since it’s a bit complicated than that of the ordinary spherical contact lenses.
